The position

Job description

Zama is looking for an innovative and ambitious SDR to drive our growth strategy in the evolving decentralized and collaborative AI ecosystems 🚀. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our business reach, forging strategic partnerships, and spearheading initiatives to capitalize on opportunities in the AI space.

In this role you will:

  • Contribute to the execution of the GTM strategy set by the business development team. 

  • Identify and qualify potential clients by conducting market research, and cold outreach.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Zama’s FHE technology and its applications across various industries.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts.

  • Maintain a robust understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends in the AI industry to inform strategic planning;

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and goals to tailor Zama’s value proposition and solutions.

  • Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, with a focus on converting prospects into paying customers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Tech and Product Development, to align messaging and strategies.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to build brand awareness and establish connections with potential customers.


Preferred experience

  • Proficient experience and understanding of AI and decentralized technologies;

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in business development or strategic partnerships, ideally in the AI, blockchain or data science sector;

  • Proven track record of forging and maintaining commercial partnerships, with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth;

  • Deep understanding of the AI and blockchain ecosystems, and other emerging trends;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients and internal stakeholders;

  • Proficiency in Hubspot or other CRM platforms, with experience in data analysis and pipeline management

  • The ability to develop a strong network of contacts in the AI, blockchain, and other related industries is highly desirable;

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluent in English, with an additional language being a plus.

Embracing a flexible remote working ethos, Zama values in-person interactions and as such, requires a visit to our Paris headquarters on a regular basis
