Challenges:

As a User Acquisition & Ad Monetization Specialist, you:

- Manage our acquisition campaigns: design and optimize user acquisition campaigns on various advertising networks to maximize results;

- Challenge agencies and in-house creative teams on different creative concepts adapted to each platform;

- Understand tech developments (e.g. tracking) to quickly adapt campaigns;

- Give visibility to different stakeholders;

- Contribute to maximizing revenue per user through analysis, A/B testing and optimization;

Technical & Mindset Prerequisites

>Professional background:

• > 3-4 years as UA Specialist  

• Mobile application experience 

• BtoC

>Specific knowledge:

• Mastery various networks (Snapchat, TikTok et Meta) 

• Mastery MMP tools 

• Knowledge of Skad network

• Mastery of various indicators (CPI, CPA, ROI, ROAS)

• Knowledge of in app ads monetization

>Soft skills:

• Curiosity
