We are on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Team Lead for the Italian market who is not only passionate about driving sales but also about nurturing and leading a team to success.

You will manage a team of 4 people composed of Account Executive, Account Manager and Key Account Manager for the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with the Sales Director to define and implement the sales strategy.
- Achieve Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) targets for both the team and your individual quota.
- Ensure your team consistently generates a robust pipeline to meet their targets.
- Work closely with other leaders and teams to maintain organizational cohesion.
- Set clear goals, define key KPIs, and ensure the achievement of related objectives.
- Analyze, structure, and monitor sales forecasts effectively for predictable revenue streams.
- Lead by example in generating your own sales pipeline, emphasizing outbound strategies and accountability.
- Focus on developing a pipeline of big deals for the team.
- Maintain full headcount on your team, ensuring the hiring and retention of top talent.
- Foster a team culture aligned with our values, emphasizing skills development, coaching, and a customer-centric approach.
Management Duties:
- Provide hands-on coaching and support to the team.
- Recruit A-players and ensure their growth and retention.
- Cultivate a culture that resonates with our values and promotes strong team cohesion.
- Prioritize customer-centricity, ensuring the team provides the best experience and service to our clients.
- 3+ years of Sales experience in the SaaS BtoB sector, with at least one year as a manager/lead of an AE/AM team.
- Deep knowledge on selling into the Italian market needed
- Experience working with SMB clients.
- Proficient understanding of business strategy with a keen ability to address customer concerns.
- Proven ability to manage change and refine processes to navigate challenges.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Italian & English. Ability to simplify complex topics.
- A tenacious, autonomous, and creative individual with a spark of curiosity.
- Strong team spirit, ambition, and a hands-on approach, allowing you to lead by example.
