As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be in direct contact with customers and prospects in Germany and France, helping them get the most out of Yousign’s SaaS platform. Your mission is not only to provide outstanding support but also to drive small deal closures, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth within our existing customer base.
This is a hybrid role between support and sales, giving you end-to-end visibility over the customer lifecycle in a high-impact SaaS environment. You’ll:
Work closely with Sales, Customer Solutions, and Product teams.
Gain experience in both customer relationship development and revenue generation.
Build the skills and track record to grow into a full Sales Role.
Your Team You will be included in the Sales Support team, that is part of the the Business Development team. The Sales Support team is currently composed of 4 Sales support specialists and 1 Manager.
Your Missions
Guide and assist prospects and customers in using Yousign’s SaaS application.
Ensure timely and high-quality responses in line with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Resolve low-complexity issues efficiently while identifying opportunities to scale solutions.
Engage with prospects and existing customers to qualify their needs and develop small-scale commercial opportunities.
Close deals autonomously, contributing directly to monthly revenue targets.
Monitor and support customer usage to reduce churn and promote adoption.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and usage patterns.
Proactively flag accounts with expansion potential and collaborate with Sales or Success teams for handover.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.
Support and coordinate renewals for small accounts, ensuring continuity and satisfaction.

Hybrid work policy:
Within the limits of the remote work days allowed by our Hybrid Policy, employees can work remotely from anywhere in Spain.
If they wish to work outside their country, this is limited to 2 requests per year, for a maximum of 2 weeks per request within Europe.
Equipment set-up: Macbook and accessories.
Health Insurance: Still work i progress but the expected cost is around €52/month for basic coverage, with 50% covered by Youtrust, including dental coverage.
