Job Description

As a Business Operations Manager at Yousign, you will integrate the cross-functional Operations team by working closely with Revenue, Customer Experience, Salesforce Engineers, Product and Data Analysts.

Your role is to drive revenue, operational efficiency and growth. You are the go to person to think, design and implement new business processes.

You will manage medium/long term projects (Quarterly OKRs) in order to scale the operational efficiency of our business teams but also support them in their day-to-day tasks, answering their requests and making sure they don’t face any blockers with their toolset.

Additionally, we are looking for someone to lead the management and OKR process within the company

Your Missions

🤝 Project Management & enablement

• Successfully lead projects with strong project management and a data-driven mindset.
• Partner with sales, marketing and product to implement strategic recommendations
• Document operational processes and train teams

⚙️ Processes & Tools

• Analyze and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage and optimize our tool stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Chargebee, etc.).
• Conduct benchmarks of best practices and stay up to date with technological advancements.

💊 Data & reporting:

• Build and monitor reports and dashboards to track performance
• Analyze data to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor the impact of implemented solutions and provide strategic recommendations.

Who are you ?

• You have at least 3 years of experience in Business Operations.
• You have experience working with HubSpot or Salesforce.
• You are fluent in French and English.
• You are comfortable working with numbers.
• You are a team player.
• Experience in SaaS is a plus.
