We are looking for a dynamic and versatile person to join our team and help provide an exceptional experience to our members while ensuring the smooth operation of our studios!
You will play a key role in daily management, with varied responsibilities including:
Front Desk:
Warmly welcoming our members
Providing personalized advice on different classes and membership options
Managing sales and answering member inquiries
Back Desk:
Opening and closing the studio
Preparing the rooms (setting up and cleaning yoga mats, organizing equipment)
Keeping common areas spotless (lounges, locker rooms, kitchen)
Supporting the studio manager with various tasks (maintenance, cleanliness, stock management)
Member Care:
Responding to emails and phone calls
Handling complaints or specific member requests
Following up on complex cases in collaboration with the manager
Working Conditions:
Shifts (morning and/or evening), depending on class schedules
Studio preparation and upkeep before and after classes
Close collaboration with the manager to ensure service quality
Type of Contract:
Evolving fixed-term contract: 3 months, renewable to 6 months, then 9 months, with the possibility of a permanent contract
Working hours: 19/38h contract, depending on needs and availability

Preferred Experience
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or reception is a plus
Personal qualities: Energetic, organized, independent, and reliable
Languages: Fluent in English, Portugese is a plus!
