CHALLENGES TO FACE 🔥
Being part of the Italian team and reporting to the Country Manager Italy, you will support our Italian-speaking community, develop our offer, and increase our conversion rate in this market.
This is a versatile and multi-tasking position primarily focused on customer support during the high season and on managing and implementing our vehicle offerings during the low season.
Your main missions include:
Accompanying our Italians users in terms of customer support and service consultation (via email and phone).
Participate in various actions ensuring the smooth running of rental departures (document checks, user follow-ups, etc).
Having fluent communication in english with colleagues in other countries, if crossborder booking.
Managing user feedback (moderation and validation of reviews).
Handling and follow-up of claims during and after rentals.
Mediation between parties and liaison with the insurance partner.
Prospecting new owners of motorhome and campervan and onboarding/optimising their listings.
Implementing targeted actions to improve conversion rates.
Participating in the development of our business.

Qualifications:
Fluent in Italian and have a good level of English (French is a plus).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Patient and empathetic with a positive attitude.
Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Previous experience in customer relations.
Comfortable with working remotely and in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the travel or tourism industry is a plus.
