About the role

Currently, we are looking for a Backend developer Manager - Migration and Expansion in Berlin and Paris to join our teams in Paris and Berlin. You will ensure the integration of data, processes, and standardization across new and existing platforms and applications, as well as migration and harmonization of data from one system to another. 

About your role as Backend developer Manager - Migration and Expansion in Berlin and Paris

  • Build, maintain and enhance the existing migration tools
  • Architect new and more efficient ways to migrate prospects and customers
  • Collaborate on migration tool design, following an overall structure and making informed programming arrangements
  • Document all aspects of the migration solutions
  • Work with Yassir's leadership and product managers to comprehend hiring needs and develop a hiring strategy for Berlin and France
  • Contribute to the company's overall strategy by working closely with the engineering, data and operations teams
  • Liaise with our Algiers and Berlin office and handle the different stakeholders across countries and products

    • About your experience

  • At least 6 years of experience and 3 years as an engineering manager
  • Strong comprehending and professional experience with Python
  • Experience with development change management solutions such as Git
  • Time management in reference to meeting target time frames and prioritizing customer migration efforts
  • Good comprehension of agile methodologies
  • Excellent project management know-how, ideally experience taking care of remote teams.
  • Experience in a rapidly growing company in the mobility or on-demand service space is a plus
