The position

Job description

The Senior Risk analyst works closely with all the Risk, Security and Compliance departments (Acquiring risk, Fraud and Chargebacks, Internal Control, Information Security and Continuity).

The Senior Risk Analyst works on full scope issues regarding risks and compliance (legal, regulatory and schemes) issues:

• Compliance and credit risk exposure reviews for new merchant applications and current merchants.
• Ongoing full scope review for processing merchants in order to ensure the merchant processing and activity is fully compliant to Dalenys policies.
• Daily monitoring of the Dalenys merchant portfolio with in-house and external information systems (processing, fraud/chargeback, compliance, finance, credit risk exposure).
• Develop new monitoring processes to facilitate the identification of ongoing negative trends.
• Handle - as guided by the other Risk departments - the regular rules updates provided by both the card schemes and the legal/regulatory European frameworks.

Liaising with all Dalenys Directions (Sales, Operations, Finances, Marketing), the Senior Risk Analyst always works on improving the overall Dalenys processes.


Preferred experience

You have a significant experience at least 5 years as a Risk Analyst, and knowledge in European and / or global acquirer or processor establishments.

Experience in Gambling/iGaming or Online Travel Agencies will be highly appreciated.

You have a real expertise and a great deal of autonomy in your profession.

You are passionate about payment industry and you have developed a definite interest to the world of Fintech.

You are dynamic, you believe the importance of teamwork and know how to demonstrate a good communication and share your knowledge.

Finally, fluency in English is essential to manage all of our French and European merchants.
