The position

Job description

We are looking for talented and motivated people who are willing to support the company structuration for growth and success while keeping growing their own skills.

As an Operations Manager your mission is to support company-wide projects, ensuring smooth collaboration and high-quality delivery with key stakeholders with different levels of individual involvement. You will work closely with the C-levels and will report to the Chief of Staff.

In this position, you will contribute directly to WTTJ’s core mission. Your role is at the heart of the company as you will interact with every teams (product, business, marketing, tech, media).

As part of this mission, you will:

Project management

  • Drive cross-functional projects: run weekly meetings, create commitment & motivation and ensure coordination with other teams
  • Prioritise actions with biggest impact, ensure relevant resource allocations and set efficient decision frameworks
  • Provide project status and recurring performance reporting to the team & the top management
  • Maintain the overall project schedule that enables the team to be successful
  • Example of projects : deliver a new membership strategy, launch new product features involving several stackholders, implement a new pricing grid within our suit of products.

Operational support & problem Solving

  • Dive deep into various work streams, learn about them and help your stakeholders improve their processes.
  • Jump in every blocking point and do whatever to be done for the success of your projects

Preferred experience

  • You have at 3+ years of experience either in: strategy consulting firms, Operations teams, Project management.
  • You define yourself as a real “DOER”
  • You can deal with several topics at the same time and can easily adapt to changing situations
  • You are a fast learner and a problem solver
  • You have strong communication and analytical skills
  • You know how to drive projects and bring them to life with strong attention to detail and pragmatism
  • You are fluent in French & English
