• Implémenter de nouvelles automatisations pour notre équipe Customer Delivery via différents moyens (Zapier, N8N, paramétrages sur applications dédiées, scripts utilisant les API de nos partenaires, etc.)
• S’assurer de la maintenance des automatisations déjà existantes (exemples d’outils utilisés : Pipedrive, Monday, Jira, Notion, FileStage, Dropbox, Slack, etc.)
• Travail en collaboration avec les équipes métier pour comprendre leurs besoins et trouver des solutions pragmatiques.
• Audit de l’ensemble des automatisations déjà existantes dans nos différents départements et proposition d’un plan d’action de structuration en collaboration avec le CTO et les équipes IT et Data Engineering.

• Au moins une expérience réussie en tant que “Automation Engineer” ou équivalent.
• Expérience avec des services d’intégrations low-code (Zapier, n8n, etc.)
• Expérience avec au moins un langage de programmation (python, bash, ruby, etc.)
• Bonus si expérience avec des ETL (Talend, Airbyte, etc.)
• Pédagogue et très bon communicant.
• Bon niveau d’anglais.
