Gregoire is one of the 4 co-founders of Worldia. After enjoying his studies to discover Asia and South America, he starts his carreer in sports bettings before meeting his associates. Their shared passion for travel does the rest and they launch Worldia to offer the best possible experience at every stage of a journey!

His best travel memory? 10 days out of time between the Atacama Desert in Peru and the Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia.

After studying in countries near and far, such as Thailand, Indonesia, the Netherlands and England, Lisa initially joined the Travel Industry, creating holidays for the super rich. For 5 years she enjoyed the English countryside and the local customs of having Sunday Roast’s, before home was calling for her.

Lucky for us, Lisa wanted to return to Germany and decided to join Worldia, where she initially took charge of the first german accounts before overseeing the overall sales development of non french speaking markets.

To her, team work and never taking yourself too seriously is the best way to get work done whilst also enjoying yourself. In her free time Lisa has not quite lost her affiliation with England and still loves spending time there whenever possible, walking the Cotswolds with her family, friends and her little rescue dog.

Her best travel memory? Diving with Manta Rays, off the Island of Flores in Indonesia.

Born in South Korea, after master in film studies at Panthéon Sorbonne, Hwa-Seon began working in the film industry, travelling through cities of films like Cannes, Berlin, London, etc, which gave her a first taste of travel.

After glorious years in film industry, she took courses in 2016 to become web developer which was one of her long-time interest and knew at her first work at Fédération Française d'Equitation that she was interested in backend job rather than frontend and continued her carrier as a backend developer in a pure Saas startup company before joining Worldia in 2020.

Hwa-Seon likes fictions happening in Nordic countries, the greatness of high mountains and exploring culinary world.

Her best travel memory? A mix of two different universes, road trip in greyish Scotland under the sublime and lonely landscape with lambs and lochs and then continued the trip to Marrakech for sunny relaxation !

Hospitality, airline company, tour operator, it is quite simple, Tourism is a passion to David. His last experience in leading a travel agencies' network nurtured the idea of Worldia. All that was needed was to meet his partners and the adventure could begin.

What drives David? Offering the best possible service to his clients!

His best travel memory? Without a doubt, Cambodia, thanks to an unforgettable visit with a tour guide who had lived through the oppression of the Khmer Rouge. He made David and his family discover his country with great enthusiasm and sensitivity

Emilien joined Worldia within the tech team in January 2021. Since a very young age, his passions have driven him to learn anything related to informatic, first starting from building some web scripts to full projects which, day by day, have been improving and giving him a lot of fun.

Emilien keeps himself updated on what is happening in the tech world, which added to his previous fullstack experience, gives him the ability to start any kind of projects related to web development. His imagination is the only limit !

At Worldia, Emilien also had the opportunity to work within different teams, thus giving him good knowledge of the product. Additionally to being a developer, he is also onboarding newcomers, writing documentation and ensuring the quality of the code delivered in production.

Outside of work, Emilien is also passionate about mixology and he is glad to introduce his colleagues to unusual bars during afterworks.

His best travel memory ? The discovery of driving enduro through the dunes and mountains, with his best childhood friend, in the outskirts of Marrakech - in Morocco. Having a good amount of adrenaline by riding across different landscapes such as natural places or small villages and finishing the journey at the top of a hill offering a panoramic view of the Atlas.

After finishing her Masters in Journalism and French, Aja moved to Paris and joined her first start-up. It was a company offering high-end guided tours, which they launched from scratch.

Aja learned the principles of marketing, international business and product sourcing which helped her pave the path towards larger corporations. She later joined the Galeries Lafayette group, where she was in charge of the European market. Three years later, at BHV Marais, she created the International Clients Department, took over the 60-member Customer Service team and ultimately became a board member.

Today, Aja decided to return to her first love – travel scale-up – and has recently joined Worldia as the VP of Marketing and Production.

Her best travel memory? An adrenaline rally car driving on ice in the Finnish arctic !

Passionate about travel since she was little, it was only natural that Morgane turned to a Tourism degree. After obtaining it, she held various positions related to tourism: land flight attendant (gate agent), travel agent, commercial group, before joining Worldia.

After starting as an Africa & Islands Advisor, she took on the role of Coordinator on the Americas. Rapid development in a company that is always more attentive to its employees!

Her best travel memory? Sleeping under the stars in a private reserve in South Africa, watching the bush with a flashlight to keep animals away.

Born in Normandy, Xavier started by doing his graduate studies in the accommodation industry in the heart of the Normandy countryside! After a few years in the luxury hotel industry, he moved to the capital to reorient himself in the tour operating sector.

Once his BTS in tourism obtained, Xavier joined the innovative startup Worldia to validate his license as a tourism product manager, as a North America travel advisor. He then specialized in Africa, Islands and Middle East destinations before joining the production department as Africa, Islands and Middle East product manager.

His best travel memory? Difficult to choose! Namibia: climb to the top of the Big Mama Dune in the Namib Desert at sunrise and admire the magnificent color variations of the sand before enjoying a delicious champagne breakfast!

Born in Tours, Pénélope joined Normandie to study business and economics at EM Normandie. After living in New York, Milan and London during several exchange programs, she decided to move in Paris and she discovered the job of Product Manager during an internship in the insurance industry.

Passionate about traveling, she wanted to find a job which combine the pleasant and the useful. That's why she joined the Worldia Product team at the end of her studies. Pénélope likes to be challenged. Since 2018, she decided to run a half-marathon per year across Europe to discover new places.

Her best travel memory ? The visit of the Taj Mahal during sun rise and the wedding of a friend in an Indian village. Absolutely otherworldly !

Christian, he's the IT Master. After studying business, he joined PwC as a financial auditor. Reaching a management position in transaction services after 5 years, he decided to change career paths and to focus on one of his childhood hobbies: software development.

For him, Worldia is the human and entrepreneurial dimension of adventure. Always elevate and build team skills is his mantra. He is charge of the development of our product and shaping new features for our users. With family or friends, Christian likes road-trips, countryside weekends and sliding sports, summer and winter.

His best travel memories are mexican margaritas and sunsets.

Born in the suburbs of Paris, Alison quickly exiled herself in search of sunshine in Marseille to pursue her graduate studies at Euromed Management.

After some experience in the media (Havas, Prisma Media) she made her debut as a commercial in a recruitment firm specialized in tech. Then, she decides to join the Worldia adventure whose concept and philosophy are in harmony with its own values and desires: travel, innovation, fun and ambition! She enters as a business developer, quickly assembles her team and becomes sales manager to finally take the position of Head of Sales after 3 years.

Her best travel memory? Crossing Nicaragua in a backpack and having the chance to hit the Cerro Negro volcano on a surfboard or swimming in the Laguna de Apoyo, a splendid lake nestled in the middle of a crater.
