Job description

Who we are

Travel should be exciting to plan—not overwhelming. That’s why, in 2013, four travel lovers set out to change the game. They created Worldia, a platform that makes it easy for travel agencies to build, customize, and book unforgettable trips for their clients—all in just a few clicks.

We partner with travel agencies giving them the tools to offer made-to-measure journeys across 90+ destinations, backed by cutting-edge technology and top-tier customer support.

And because we have a winning formula, we're continuing to drive our growth—expanding internationally, innovating our tech, and welcoming new partners to reimagine the future of travel.

Ready to be part of the journey?

Our values

AMBITION // Shoot for the moon
PLEASURE // Spend good time all together
INTEGRITY // Be honest and transparent, always

Missions

The Product team, consisting of 4 wonderful colleagues, is tasked with designing, developing, and continuously enhancing Worldia’s platform and features to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our customers and our teams.

As Worldia's Product Designer, your goal is to design high-quality user experiences aligned with our product strategy. You’ll be involved in every step, from user research and problem framing to prototyping and supporting implementation.

Your tasks will include:

  • Defining a strong design vision across customer-facing products.
  • Collaborating with PMs to define problems worth solving, co-creating solutions and challenging functional briefs when needed.
  • Contributing to discovery phases: user research, competitor analysis, data exploration.
  • Designing user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Leading design critique sessions and contribute to evolving UX practices and our design system.
  • Working closely with Tech Leads to ensure technical feasibility and to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Delivering clear, reusable specs using tools like Figma and our component libraries.
  • Setting up scalable user research processes: testing, interviews, analytics.
  • Conducting internal (Ops/Support) and external (client) user interviews.

What we are looking for:

The skill set to succeed:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in a tech/SaaS environment.
  • Strong UX/UI expertise and advanced knowledge of product discovery methods.
  • Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration (Product, Tech, Business).
  • Able to explain and defend design decisions constructively.
  • Experience designing complex user journeys (B2B, back-office, internal tools).
  • Proficiency with design tools like Figma and FigJam.
  • Familiarity with front-end constraints (HTML, CSS, JS).
  • Strong user empathy.
  • Collaborative and impact-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English

Benefits & Perks

  • Hybrid working model: 2-3 days remote per week + 4 weeks remote within the EU annually.
  • Well located, beautiful offices in the 17th arrondissement.
  • Access to a mutuelle through Alan.
  • €11.50 lunch vouchers to enjoy great meals (60% paid by Worldia)
  • Discounts on travel and trips.

To apply, please provide your CV (required) and your portfolio (optional).
