🎯 Main Responsibilities
Manage our intricate video projects, involving the coordination of external freelancers (photographers, videographers, art directors):
Oversee product photo and video shoots.
Direct the creation of digital media ads.
Direct and manage post-production for simpler projects:
Conduct client interviews.
Film on location in our manufacturing and R&D units.
Capture insights from internal experts.
Oversee post-production and format adaptation:
Collaborate with in-house graphic design talents for motion design.
Work closely with the performance team to facilitate the rollout of assets to digital platforms, utilizing a streamlined, online video editing platform.
Good understanding of the online advertising landscape, including Google Ads (YouTube), LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok.
Relevant experience in working with corporate clients.
Knowledge of photography, including color grading, depth of fields, and standard frame rates.
Native proficiency in French. Intermediate proficiency in English is necessary, and Spanish is a plus.
Technical video production knowledge, including professional experience with cameras for still and video capture, basic set lighting for product and interview shoots, and experience with sound capture for interviews.
Creative writing skills for the conception of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives with a focus on achieving best-in-class brand impact.
Project management skills, including the ability to set and manage a video production budget, a strong understanding of roles, and cost references for materials and staff expenses (actors, videographers, art directors, lighting equipment).
Ability to conduct a client interview.
