Your mission is to elevate the quality of our communication at every touchpoint, inspiring and challenging all teams to enhance our brand through a robust creative platform.
🎯 Main Responsibilities
Owner of the Brand Platform:
Recreate the brand platform to align with our positioning and ambitions.
Define our tone of voice and key talking points.
Set the standard for asset design across all mediums and touchpoints (web, print, events, PR).
Upgrade our content strategy to maximize impact and efficiency.
Challenge our positioning through qualitative customer analysis.
Coach the creative marketing squad (Creative Project Manager, Graphic Design Intern, Social Media Intern).
Collaborate with the product team for expertise and product launches.
Engage with the sales team for customer insights.
Work closely with founders for brand DNA and tone of voice definition.
Conduct client interviews.
Connect with key opinion leaders in our industry (journalists, coworking and office spaces).
Collaborate with SaaS/SME brands for marketing collaborations/partnerships.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Brand Strategy, or Communication.
Previous experience in e-commerce or retail brands, with extensive knowledge of the advertising landscape. Experience in offline events is a plus.
Solid understanding of customer and distributor business, with the ability to translate insights into effective activations.
Native French speaker, fluent in English. Proficiency in Spanish or German is an additional advantage.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills to inspire and persuade.
Advanced marketing knowledge, including conducting customer interviews, strategic research to identify new markets, brand positioning, and marketing strategy.
Creativity and methodological approach to ideation, including the conception of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives aiming for best-in-class impact.
Project management skills to lead complex creative projects and internal changes, elevating all external outputs.
