As the VP Engineering at Woopen, you’ll oversee all technological and engineering functions of Woopen
and work hand-to-hand with the executive team to build the strategic implementation of the technology.
Your role will be to ensure a fast and robust development of the different products Woopen by managing
the tech team:

• Planning feature development and delivering quality releases
• Managing and structuring the teams (designers, developers, product owner, quality…) to develop the product in accordance with the strategy and the roadmap
• Ensuring the fast development of a high-quality product with low technical debt
• Providing technical expertise to support the team in making sound decisions to build a market network that scales
• Recruiting top performers tech talents and sourcing the right sub-contractors
• Setting up data management and analytics to empower in-house operations (marketing, data visualization…)

In the end, the goal is to ensure a great execution and structuration of the technological activities of
Woopen to reach our fund raising and structure the tech team to grow…

We are looking for an experienced VP Engineering with:

A proven experience of management of technological team:

• Structuration of multi-functional teams from design to release
• Monitor development and roadmap execution
• Managing QA process and maintenance
• Recruitment of top performers
• Structuring a product and infrastructure to scale a product

A deep understanding and expertise of core concepts of Woopen stack:

• Infrastructure as code (Terraform), AWS & GCP services, Containerization (Docker)
• Postgres, Nodejs, GraphQL
• Flutter and React

A drive for top performance in a highly challenging environment:
