As a product manager, your role will require intense collaboration with the whole team (marketing, engineering, design, sales, customer success, …) to define and build the right product that users will love. You will also need a creative mindset to find the right solution to our users’ needs and identify new opportunities for product development. You will regularly interact with our users to build empathy and to take full ownership of the product.

What will you be doing?

As a product manager, your job has many facets and here are a few things you might do:

• Identify and prioritise new features or improvements by talking to users and listening to their feedback and by analysing usage metrics.
• Create mockups/wireframes and iterate with designers, engineers and users to determine the “minimum viable product” for upcoming features.
• Define clear product specs and goals.
• Support the engineering team during the implementation phase by removing roadblocks.
• Implement new processes for the tech team and for product management and participate to retrospectives to improve on the delivery phase.
• Regularly test upcoming features to make sure everything is on the right track.
• Define the product strategy such as the quarterly roadmap and communicate it both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to evangelise the product.
• Work closely with the customer success team to inform and educate users about the product.

• 1-3+ years of experience
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• You’re very organised and rigorous.
• Experience with a variety of tools useful for product management (e.g. Trello, Github, Balsamiq, Sketch, …).
• Experience with software development processes (e.g. Agile, Scrum, …).
• You enjoy working collaboratively.
• You’re passionate about product management in general and building the right product for users.
• Familiarity and interest for all things related to Education and Technology.
