Job description

We’re searching for a bright HR Legal Associate to be the right hand of our Head of People. This internship is a golden opportunity to dive deep into the legal side of HR and become a crucial part of our team. From crafting contracts to ensuring compliance with regulations, you’ll be at the forefront, learning and contributing every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Legal Navigator: Get ready to immerse yourself in the legal intricacies of HR! You’ll work closely with our Head of People, supporting with legal matters like employee grievances and disciplinary actions. It’s your chance to see the law in action and learn from the best.

  • Contract Craftsmanship: Ever wanted to peek behind the curtain of contract creation? Here’s your chance! You’ll assist in drafting and managing work contracts, ensuring they’re air-tight and in line with regulations. It’s all about learning the art of legal compliance.

  • Talent Scout Support: Ready to be our secret weapon in the hunt for talent? You’ll help spread the word about job openings by posting them on different channels. Your keen eye for detail will ensure we attract top-notch candidates.

  • Safety Sentry: Safety is our top priority, and you’ll play a key role in keeping our workplace secure. From assisting with safety training programs to staying updated on regulations, you’ll be our go-to guru for all things safety-related.

Conditions and “perks

  • Contract : 4- 6 months - Full time Internship

  • Paid internship based in Brussels

  • Training and development75 euros from Woocredit to enable you to purchase learning resources (online courses, books, etc.) during your internship!

  • Meals: €8 meal allowance per day worked with Pluxee card

  • Public transport: Reimbursement of up to 50€ per month

  • Work equipment: Loan of a Macbook to work in the best conditions.

  • Reimbursement of the cost of a cell phone subscription up to €50 per month.

  • Hybrid Policy : 1 day of Home-working per week


Preferred experience

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

  • A passion for learning and a keen interest in HR.

  • Strong attention to detail, because every little thing matters!

  • Excellent communication skills in English and in French – you’ll be chatting with all sorts of folks, so being a people person is a big plus.

  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn your way around HR software.
