The position

Job description

As Growth Marketing Manager at Wooclap, you will work closely with the sales teams (France and UK) and the marketing team. You will focus on our B2B demand generation strategy and will eventually help us shape Wooclap’ European expansion. Our personae are Learning Technologists within Higher Education Institutions.

In this exciting new position, you will work on various projects You will leverage inbound and outbound tactics to help support our MRR targets in France and in the UK. There’s a strong focus on lead generation but there’s also the potential to convert ourr customers online oner time.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Support the sales teams (France and UK) achieve its MRR targets by providing high quality pipeline and sales enablement assets
  • Owning all lead generation activities across mostly digital but also offline channels
  • Optimising current acquisition channels as well as identifying and implementing new channels across both online and offline
  • Define and implement a lead generation strategy and boost outbound automation and customer acquisition
  • Scale the search and enrichment of qualified B2B leads with the help of our Growth Engineer
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound and outbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers
  • Take part in developing the global marketing strategy together with the rest of the team. Eventually, you will write of a playbook for scaling up the best growth strategies in our other focus markets

Preferred experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS Growth Marketing
  • Hands on experience across a variety of online and offline channels, including SEO, Social Selling, Content Marketing, AdWords, Email campaigns etc.
  • High performer in both team and autonomous environment . You’re a team player at heart
  • Entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines. You thrive to get things done, with a strong attention to detail
