The position

Job description

As a Finance officer,/ Right-hand of Head of finance you will provide support to the finance department by assisting with various tasks related to financial operations, analysis, and reporting. You will work under the supervision of Kevin, our Head of Finance, and will be responsible for tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the finance activities.

Your main duties would include

  • Assist with the preparation of the monthly financial reports

  • Assist with financial analysis (total billings, product recognised,etc.)

  • Assist with accounts receivable, including processing invoices

  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning, including assisting in the preparation of the annual budget and tracking actual spending against budgeted amounts

  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned by the Head of Finance.

  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including filing and archiving financial documents

  • Documentations of the finance processes

  • Assist with other finance-related tasks as needed

Conditions and “perks

  • Contract : 4- 6 months - Full time Internship

Preferred experience

Your profile

  • You speak French and have a good knowledge English (speaking and writing)

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Extremely professional (confidentiality, writing skills per email, …)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google, particularly Excel/Gsheet.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
