The position

Job description

As a Business Development Representative, your main mission is to :
• Identify business opportunities with prospects, develop new accounts and build a relevant targeting
• Identify and contact relevant C-Level decision makers
• Make cold calls and book sales appointments with prospects for the Workpitality® project, for Germany, Austria and France markets
• Plan & coordinate the sales appointments between the prospects, the hotels and the Business Development Manager
• Generate new business opportunities through inbound marketing, growth hacking…
• Guarantee business conquest and the acquisition of new customers
• Develop cross-selling and up-selling logic
• Steer productivity and performance KPIs, with high conversion rate


Preferred experience

Profile :
• Level of experience: Minimum 2/3 years in business development and prospection
• Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
• At least one experience in business development in Germany
• Very good knowledge of the German culture and environment
• Native in the market language (German) as well as fluent English and French is necessary
• Specific interest in prospection and negotiation
