WITH is a digital partner of a new kind, launched in 2015 in Paris, and 2017 in Madrid. Despite COVID, they were proud to finish 2020 with a 30% growth and 10 new internal hires, bringing their teams to 50 talents after only 5 years!

WITH Paris is focused on marketing consultancy and implants around 4 intertwined verticals, which are among the hottest topics of the current marketing revolution :

  • China Marketing: China represents ⅔ of profits for many CAC 40 firms. However, it also remains a black whole for most companies. Nowadays, the best business opportunities are in China, and adapting to chinese Business Standards has thus become an unavoidable and very pressing need.

  • e-Commerce & Amazon Marketing : Amidst COVID and repeated confinements, consumer behaviours have deeply evolved. Purchasing decisions now happen at the conjunction of Google and Amazon (whose importance keeps growing). Beyond the discrete opportunity it once represented, and as they reach the end of 2020, e-Commerce accounts for half the sales of most brands. Furthermore, there is a limited pool of experts able to simultaneously orchestrate Amazon, direct (D2C) and indirect sales (e-retail & marketplaces).

    • Social Marketing: Social Media is dead, long live social marketing! Uncovering weak signals in conversations with followers and mentioners, understanding patterns of search intentions, building a strategy dedicated to content, influence or advocacy, putting social media on the path to social commerce, or even freeing the rest of client relations from their constraints (e-sales force, customer service) - They call this the 6S.   • Social Marketing: Social Media is dead, long live social marketing! As such, they can provide case-by-case assistance to their client over a period of time shifting from 15 days to 6 months, in order to set a goal, key steps, and define all the dimensions of this “new marketing” project. This can sometimes also include upskilling teams on new and emerging topics.

  • The “run” mode is entered when one reaches cruising speed on a topic and a client needs a highly experienced PMO, who can put into action the clear strategy defined during “build”. WITH can then dedicate one or more people to the task, or, and this has been key to their success over the last 6 years, hire an “implant”, to run all operations for the client. This person is immersed in the client’s teams, simultaneously coached and mentored by WITH’s experts, and thus represents more flexibility while being offered at a more attractive rate than calling upon an external agency.

WITH is a digital partner of a new kind, launched in 2015 in Paris, 2017 in Madrid and now in Geneva. They already count more than 80 talents after 7 years in business, and were proud to finish 2020 with a 30% growth and 25 new long-term hires, despite COVID.

WITH Paris is focused on marketing consultancy and implants around 4 intertwined verticals, counting amidst the hottest topics in the current marketing revolution: China, eCommerce & Amazon, Social Marketing and Science & Innovation.

The WITH Paris teams follow a unique model, as their talents comprise consultants, called “client partners”, but also “implants”, experts they hire and place amongst their clients’ teams.
