Author and contributor of The Age of Conversation (2008), he is a regular speaker at conferences and has been a lecturer at Sciences Po and Audencia. Between Chennai, Paris, Shanghai, Hong Kong and now Madrid, Geoffroy has honed his approach to business and his understanding of digital issues on the international scene. An expert in these subjects, he led a team of 20 people on 200 digital projects for major French accounts in the space of two years at KRDS. Then, within the agency SAME SAME but different, he developed an expertise in communication tools dedicated to Chinese customers. Also an entrepreneur, Geoffroy is the co-founder of the agency Moshi Moshi before taking over the management of the Madrid subsidiary of WITH in 2017.
Backed by 7 years experience working in digital marketing, mobile and e-commerce, Vadim co-built the “GroupM Commerce” department at the heart of WPP, and was a mobile marketing expert at Havas Media. Vadim has also been the Rapporteur of the Publicity Commission within the French Mobile Marketing Association (MMAF) for two years, initiating structural industry projects such as the Drive to Trust certification or the Mobile Creativity Awards.
Through his experience at Amazon, in startups, in the media industry or by founding a consulting firm, Sebastien developed his capacity to transform digital problematics into growth initiatives. At WITH, e-Commerce is his favorite playground. By relying on his strong knowledge of Amazon’s ecosystems, he thus drives the e-Commerce & Amazon Practice and helps implement essential capacities for firms building the future of business.
With a passion for the beauty and luxury industry, Chun decided to come to France to study and apply her knowledge of Asian consumers in her work. Thanks to her previous experience in top international beauty companies and in an international e-commerce group, Chun has also made beauty & e-commerce a major part of her work at WITH. For the past year, Chun has been working as WITH Paris’ e-commerce expert for China. Her role is to support clients to launch and expand their business roadmap in China. en Chine.
En tant que digital native, Elodie s’est rapidement intéressée au Social Media. Grâce à une formation au CELSA (l’école de communication de la Sorbonne) couplée à différentes expériences dans l’événementiel, les médias et le digital, elle a su se forger une batterie de compétences qui lui permet de créer du contenu pertinent face à des utilisateurs toujours plus exigeants dans un écosystème challengeant. Elle commence donc son parcours en tant qu’Insights Manager et Planneur Stratégique chez MEDIACOM, puis devient Social Media Manager chez Razorfish (Groupe Publicis) avant de rejoindre l’aventure WITH en tant que Social Media Manager pour Danone Eaux France (Badoit et Volvic). Elle est aujourd’hui Experte Social Insights pour le groupe Pierre Fabre
After spending 5 years in a luxury group as an HR Manager, in both Miami and Paris, and namely led and structured the transformation and the development of the international digital teams of a Perfumes & Cosmetics Maison, Suzanne joined a leading consulting firm in client experience management, dedicated to luxury groups and houses, as an Executive Search Consultant. Thrilled about WITH’s project and business model and about the authenticity of the values fostered by WITH’s two co-founders and teams in Paris and in Madrid, she joins the group as an HR Director at a pivotal moment for the development of this unique player in the world of digital marketing consultancy and project management, in order to help structuring its international growth and push even further its employee caring philosophy and policies.
Passionate web developer with experience in the artificial intelligence, TV and videogame industry, he has been trained as a full-stack developer in international environments, both in the creation and initial stages of small start-ups and in solid and growing companies. The working philosophy at WITH, its international environment and the various projects in development made him decide to move from his then home in Amsterdam to Madrid.
After her studies in Fashion Design, Mar decided to change paths and study a MA in Graphic and Web Design. There she discovered her passion for UI and hasn’t looked back since. She has over 4 years of experience working on international projects and keeps learning and developing her knowledge every day.
A few years ago Mar became the first designer at WITH, little by little the group has evolved into a full team. With her positive mindset, she is always looking forward to helping her colleagues and put a smile on their faces.

With an entrepreneurial "own the outcome" mindset, he enjoys providing strategic and tactical leadership for crafting innovative value propositions and user experiences to customers.
