Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Communications & Events Assistant (Internship/Apprenticeship) to join our team to support initiatives to increase our visibility in France and internationally. You will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies, managing WITH social media platforms, organizing events, and PR activities to build and create awareness for our brand. You will also be responsible for our recording studio and pilot our webinars in collaboration with webinars stakeholders.
MAIN MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Strategy and Publications:
Pilot global WITH social media calendar (Linkedin, Webinars)
Create and publish engaging and relevant content to increase WITH visibility
Monitor all WITH social media platforms & content (monthly reporting)
In charge of Webinars piloting & coordination with webinar stakeholders
Media:
Analyze and optimize organic and paid search engines as well as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and third-party ecosystems, such as Slideshare, Medium, and podcast footprints
Continuously evaluate and improve media tactics to increase our company’s reach and engagement
PR & Events:
Organize regular breakfast meetings and establish partnerships for existing events such as CES Las Vegas, Hub Forum, French Founders, and other potential events.
In charge in collaboration with our office manager of client events: Dinners, parties
Represent our company’s expertise at professional events to enhance our industry presence
Create opportunities for our experts to showcase their expertise in media, podcasts, and live streams.
Studio:
- In charge of our Recording Studio - Guide our teams with your knowledge, from set-up, record, to post production
Preferred experience
Qualifications:
Strong writing and editorial skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for various audiences and mediums.
Experience in event management, including logistics, planning, and execution.
Familiarity with PR best practices and experience in media relations.
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with all management levels
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirement:
Entry level position, previous experience related to digital marketing or communications is a plus, but not required
Fluent in both written and spoken English is mandatory, other languages will be a plus
Passionate about digital marketing and have knowledge and understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Familiarity with the latest social media platforms and technologies
Creative, curios, and have a strong willingness to learn
