Job description

SCOTT (Social Content Optimization Tailored Tool) is a proprietary methodology developed by WITH.

Its purpose is to deliver a comprehensive and inspiring view of the social landscape of a brand or a group of brands within a given category, and this across all possible public platforms both from the Western market (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest… ) and the Asian market (Douyin, Wechat, Red, Weibo…).

It proposes an in-depth view on both recurrence and performance on individual posts or groups of posts, and above all gives the keys to establish winning combos per brand, group of brands, category, type of content, etc.

Within our WEST department, we are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join to participate in the reflection on the strategic roadmap of our product regarding the digital ecosystem around multiple business challenges such as:

• Cooperating with the product team to support the creation of strategic decision proposals based on the analyses and evaluations
• Working cross functionally with developers and overseeing the quality of the features and products within expected timeline
• Finding story through data - analyzing gathered data and seeing the sense of them behind raw figures
• Auditing and developing animation tactics and content strategy to establish winning combos for brands based on analyzed data results
• Liaising with clients and presenting results effectively utilizing simple yet expert language to audiences


Preferred experience

• Bac +4/5 business school or university education;
• Experience in the field of digital marketing, social media, software, eCommerce, or product management
• Passionate about digital marketing, content strategy and more broadly the evolution of brands and consumer habits;
• Proactive temperament, strength of proposal, autonomy, with a lot of freedom of action;
• Strong curiosity with great people skills and communication skills
• Strong analytical and strategic skills
• Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
• At ease with data / numbers and eager to have a vision of both isolated and grouped data
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken


Recruitment process

• First 30-min video conference with Talent Acquisition Manager
• Second interview with a case study to be presented face-to-face to a Client Partner
• Last short interview with the Team Lead
