Job description

On behalf of one of our clients, a leading beauty group, we are looking for a Digital & Content expert to join the WITH team. Within the Global HR Digital Team and in liaison with the local market and brands teams, you will be in charge of accompanying the digital learning program of the group.

For this position, you will work directly with the Global HR Director Digital & Talent Development based in Paris and will cover both divisions: Luxury & Consumer Beauty.

In this position, the WITH implant will help the group into different roles as detailed below:


_ COMMUNICATIONS: Manage communication plans to onboard the learning tribes and create excitement around the program.

_ COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT: Create a digital learning environment and communities to encapsulate the initiatives with defined ambassadors.


Be the go to person for all Learning requests such as:

_ LEARNING CALENDAR: Build the calendar based on on-shelf vs new requested content.

_ FORMATS & EXPERIENCE: Design the learning formats and experience to be aligned & leveraged by all learning contributors (inspire, test, share). Host/animate the sessions & flow.

_ CERTIFICATIONS & LEARNING PATH: Define with the HR teams the right learning paths, and create a dedicated digital certification.

3- CONTENT COORDINATION with content evangelists & partners

Based on the learning program in the making, contribute with:

_ CONTENT ALIGNMENT: define & co-design the evangelization streams hand in hands with other team contributors.

_ MASTERCLASS PRODUCTION & PRESENTATION: follow up with content to be presented in the learning program based on the company priorities.

_ PARTNER MANAGEMENT: identify & connect with relevant external partners to be included in the presentation (ie. agencies, tech partners, and so on).

Preferred experience

  • Master’s degree required.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital project management & marketing.

  • Have a clear understanding of Digital ecosystem and know well about the trendy marketing approaches.

  • Past cases of upskilling and trainings on new digital expertise.

  • Good soft skill to manage trilateral relationships, drive all cross functional teams at the same pace to deliver business results.

  • Passion for the role and the beauty brands.

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently with senior-level leaders.

  • Ability to balance between a robust analytical capability and an interest in the creative process.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
