The position

Job description

We’re looking for an Asset Project Manager to join our client’s team, a leading beauty group. You will be a part of the EMEA Marketing team. You will be in charge for ensuring timely delivery of assets, coordinating internal client briefs, managing access for agencies and distributors, and overseeing training on our Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate with DMI to ensure timely delivery of assets and anticipate upcoming launches and hallmarks.

  • Organize and maintain assets within our internal database (LID Opera), ensuring consistency and accessibility for all stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal clients (such as BAM, EKAM, BDM, and Graphic Design teams) to gather and prioritize asset requirements.

  • Manage distribution of assets related to key hallmarks and campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Facilitate access to agencies and distributors, ensuring they have the necessary materials to execute marketing initiatives effectively.

  • Conduct training sessions on PIM and DAM systems for both internal marketing and commercial teams, as well as external partners.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of information within the PIM system, including SEO optimization and ingredient listings.

  • Ensure compliance with intellectual property rights for all marketing assets.

  • Actively listen to feedback and adapt workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


Preferred experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital asset management, digital marketing, ore related field

  • Possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrate autonomy in managing tasks and possess a strong analytical mindset.

  • Familiarity with Opera and other relevant marketing tools/software is a major plus

  • Passion for marketing and a creative mindset
