Dotted line to all Senior Client Partner - 5 employees in the Paris office from EAST or WEST scope.
Coaching of the Senior & Middle Implants within Client teams.
DIMENSIONS OF THE ROLE
1- DEVELOPING, NURTURING CLIENT LOYALTY & HACKING ON NEW PROSPECTS
Listen, understand and support to unlock the business strategy our clients
Anticipate and follow-up on clients needs by re-framing their sow and backuping WITH through contracts
Monitor overall client satisfaction & come up with suggestions for improvement to be shared with teams and above
Manage cross-sell & upsell opportunities within the Parisian team to unlock business and open doors with other entities
Financial & business follow up and reporting to other directors to provide visibility
Come up with suggestions (new offers, new com toolkits, new partnership) to unlock discussion entries
Participate in the comms strategy of WITH internally and externally (articles, podcasts, webinars…)
2- DEVELOP WITH PARIS KNOWLEDGE
List, store and suggest recycling options to any content that will be produced by the team, make sure this content can be used for new projects, for visibility opportunities or sales.
Prepare supports to align on deliverable standards at WITH, participate to project kick off to support on the project implementation
Propose and brief the right person to design the upskilling programs to improve the delivery
Prepare with the relevant teams, supports to facilitate the business development effort per team leads including presentation toolkits, training on WITH elevator pitch, and so on.
Align with all product owners on the development of WITH proprietary tools.
3- TEAM ADVISORY, LEAD & DEVELOPMENT
Follow up with team leads on their resources planning and recruitment needs, and come up with suggestions on profile needs
After validating the resource needs and budget, brief the person in charge of recruiting
Identify freelance, tech and partners to work with WITH team, capture their specificities and cost/collaboration models, suggest to team when needed.
Coach & mentor senior implants, animate communities around clients
Management of a team, including career management policies and actions - raise, bonus, mobility, and so on
Accountable for a positive & collaborative workplace
