Founded in 2016, Witco is a Worktech solution and a EU leader in workspace management, hybrid work management, and employee experience.

From booking a desk or a meeting room, to smart office tools, lifestyle services, and access to the office community life… Witco helps employees stay connected to each other and to their company, and improves productivity and well-being at work.

Today, the app equips more than 800 buildings and is used by more than 5,000 companies worldwide such as BNP Paribas Real Estate, Axa, Dior, Vinci, Sanofi, Amundi…

After raising a €12 million Series A with top VCs Daphni and Eurazeo in 2021, we opened offices in Spain, the UK and Germany in 2022 and plan to open more countries.

To support our international hypergrowth, we are looking for an intern based in Paris to handle Operations projects.

Working alongside our VP Operations, Mickaël, your role will be to get the Witco team to the next level by improving its operational efficiency.

You will work mainly with the Revenue team (Marketing, Sales & Customer Success). One of your missions with the Marketing team will be to surface high-quality accounts that are a good fit for Witco, build lists of prospects for the Sales team to work on and give them the right context the maximize the success of their outreach.

Your mission will be structured around 3 main topics:

Process

- Identify pain points and create/improve dedicated processes

- Automate processes to enable business collaborators to focus on high value tasks

- Participate in the execution of our current processes that generate accounts for the Sales team

Tools

- Optimize the use of our CRM (HubSpot) by creating automations and making sure processes are well set up and used

- Benchmark, choose and implement new useful tools for Witco

- Lead tools adoption

Data

- Build relevant dashboards to analyze our Revenue teams' activity and efficiency

- Collect data, enrich it and validate it

- Analyze the data and draw recommendations to improve our operational efficiency

- Analyze and report on the outbound performance to increase conversions
