Job description

Hi there! 👋

🐼 About us

WeWard is the app that rewards you for walking and turns everyday steps into real-life rewards, connections, & positive impact!

Our mission is to help people move more, feel better, and make movement meaningful.

Today, we are trusted by 25M+ users worldwide, with a fast-growing, international team and offices in Paris and New York.

Our ambition is to build the world’s leading movement-and-rewards platform, scaling globally while using technology, data, and smart incentives to drive lasting behavior change and wellbeing at scale.

One of the key pillars of WeWard is its charity ecosystem: users can convert their steps into donations and support causes they truly care about. Behind this, there’s a lot of operational work, coordination, and thoughtful execution to make sure everything runs smoothly — for users, charities, and partners alike.

🎯 About the role

We’re now looking for a Partnerships & Operations Intern to join the team for 6 months, under the guidance of Clément, our Rewards & Partnerships Specialist, and support the day-to-day execution of our charity and partnership initiatives, while also contributing to more analytical and reflection-driven topics.

You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our charity partnerships and user-facing campaigns, working closely with both external partners and internal teams.

This role combines hands-on execution with exposure to partnerships management, marketing research, and product operations.

It is ideal if you want to understand how things work behind the scenes in a digital product!

Your impact/responsabilities

As a Partnerships & Operations Intern at WeWard, you will:

  • Partnerships & Charity Operations

    • Handle inbound requests from charities and manage day-to-day exchanges

    • Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with our charity partners

    • Help create and launch charity campaigns and related communications

    • Participate in corporate and charity events when relevant

  • Campaigns & user-facing operations

    • Manage sweepstakes and prize draws: contact winners and coordinate prize shipments

    • Contribute to user surveys: set them up, track results, and help analyze feedback

→ this includes a marketing research dimension, not just pure execution

    • Perform QA on the Redeem page: test flows, report issues, and help ensure a smooth user experience
