The position

Job description

We are currently hiring a Brand & Content Marketing Manager who will act as a ‘brand guardian’ and be responsible for maintaining the brand’s integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications.

You will also play a key role in the content factory, creating newsletters, writing articles, and publishing communications across all platforms in order to help Witco raise its brand awareness.

You will report directly to the Head of Marketing.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, story-telling and value proposition for the short as well as the long term
  • Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy
  • Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media, planning and participating in events
  • Setting the partnership marketing strategy
  • Working closely with sales and customer success to understand voice of the customer and build content that speaks to people at every lead generation stage
  • Developing editiorial strategies, continuously suggesting new formats, ideas and visuals
  • Managing a content calendar and setting up inbound marketing operations (newsletters, blog articles, case studies, ebooks, videos, webinars, etc.)
  • Keeping up to date with market developments and analysing consumer insights as well as competitor strategies

Preferred experience

You fit the following criteria:

  • 4+ year-experience in marketing of which at least 2 years of experience in brand & content marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS company
  • Passionate about writing and digital storytelling. You like thinking outside the box and simplifying complex ideas
  • Resourceful, proactive, attention to details
  • Fluent in French, excellent command of English
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible to help any department needing to create something customer-facing
