The position

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Marketing & Communications to cover a maternity leave and lead our marketing & comms initiatives during this crucial period.

As the Interim Head of Marketing and Communications for Wiremind, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing and communication strategy. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating marketing activities both internally and externally, running online and offline initiatives, and ultimately enhancing Wiremind’s reputation as a leading tech company, at a European and worldwide level.

In practice – even though there is no typical day – you can expect to work on:

  • Team Leadership: Oversee the entire Marketing and Communications department, providing leadership and guidance to team members and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Adjust and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, encompassing product-related campaigns, release communications, webinars, and product content creation, to drive revenue growth for Wiremind.

  • Sales Support: Provide support to sales teams by delivering relevant content, design assets, tools, and knowledge, ensuring effective communication with prospects and customers.

  • Event Management: Manage all events and partnerships, ensuring brand alignment and maximizing opportunities for external engagement.

  • Visual Content Creation: Create visually appealing content, including graphics, layouts, and branding materials, to enhance Wiremind’s brand presence across various channels.

In collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team members, you will work on the following:

  • Content Production: Oversee content production, including blogs, social media posts, whitepapers, and case studies, to engage audiences and promote brand awareness.

  • PR and Communication: Manage PR activities, media relations, and internal communications, effectively communicating corporate messages to key stakeholders.

  • Digital Marketing: Execute growth marketing strategies, specializing in SEO/SEM optimization, social media management, and online lead generation.

  • Website Management: Manage website design, functionality, and content to ensure an optimal user experience and alignment with the brand.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, optimizing marketing strategies for maximum impact.

  • Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of email marketing campaigns, segmentation efforts, and video projects, driving engagement and customer retention.


Preferred experience

  • You have 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications roles, with a first successful experience in team management

  • You have experience working in the tech industry, preferably B2B SaaS

  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • You have a strong track record of successfully driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies

  • You have strong experience using design tools (eg. Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)

  • You have experience in managing international teams

  • You can combine strategic thinking with operational tasks

  • You are a detail-oriented individual with exceptional analytical skills

  • You have strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

  • You are comfortable with a strong engineering culture

  • You have an interest in transportation, logistics, sports & events industries
