In order to expand its network in Europe and continue to develop the French market, Wing is building a Talent Team to attract and hire the market’s best profiles in (Sales, Tech, Operations & Customer Service).

As a Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all activities related to the recruitment process are seamless and progressing efficiently, and updating appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.

What you will be doing:

• Source candidates from direct targeting and social networking
• Post open positions to appropriate internal and external venues
• Develop recruitment strategies to find the best talent for Wing
• Share our “Jobs of the Month” via appropriate Slack channels internally and promote a referral program
• Manage the entire recruitment process: briefing managers, sourcing candidates, evaluating applications, managing the relationship with managers and candidates, organising interviews and preparing offers…
• Select and manage the job boards
• Work with hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview experience for all candidates
• Provide a stellar candidate experience through your exceptional follow up and communication on all interview coordination
• Create & develop internal opportunities
• Participate on the onboarding program
• Develop office and team gathering

• You have at least 3-4 years of experience as a Recruiter in high-velocity environments
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Approachable, with excellent people interaction and customer service skills
• You will represent Wing as a Brand Ambassador, and you have an outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and French
• You have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and are eager to learn
