By integrating the Content team, you will:
Manage in-house and outsourced editorial teams in collaboration with the Head of SEO
Be in charge for the UK, Italian and German markets
Manage the editorial strategy with a short and long-term vision
Prioritise SEO projects in partnership with the Head of SEO
Manage high-impact editorial projects (Black Friday, site launches, etc.)
Set personalised objectives periodically and by market
Be in charge of the harmonisation of editorial processes in each market
Implement internal linking and net linking strategies
Create reports to communicate and monitor performance
Coordinate the newsletter mailings and SEA
Be responsible for the training and development of content teams
We are looking for a profile with:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO and management, with a proven track record of successful SEO strategy development
The ability to conceive, explain and defend innovative editorial strategies.
Knowledge of the main SEO tools (Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Sistrix, SEMrush, etc.)
Organisational and diligent skills, able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Willing to enjoy a high degree of autonomy and have a tangible impact on the business
