The position

Job description

As a part of the HR team, and alongside Marion (that’s me 👋), you will contribute to WeWard’s growth by recruiting future team members with profiles in Tech, Product, Marketing, Revenue, and Data.

We are at the heart of all the teams, and your role will allow you to influence not only the understanding of each team’s needs but also to create the best experience for our candidates! We believe that there are as many candidate experiences as there are different profiles, and our aim is to provide a tailor-made recruitment process!


Preferred experience

Here’s what it entails:

  • Participating in the briefing of the job requirements.

  • Drafting and posting job advertisements (on platforms like Welcome to the Jungle, Job Teaser, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Managing ongoing recruitment processes:

    1. Pre-selection of profiles: handling responses to ads or proactive sourcing 🔍.

    2. Pre-qualification: conducting phone 📞, video 💻, or in-person ☕ interviews.

    3. Collaboration with the team: we value in-person interactions for this stage 🏠. We offer a visit to our offices so that candidates can get a glimpse of our work environment! 🙂

  • Ensuring a top-notch experience for our candidates: establishing a close relationship, you will be their primary point of contact.

  • Updating our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM for candidate management.

  • Staying updated on the latest best practices in recruitment.

Recruitment process

The first step is an initial conversation together, and I will accompany you throughout your journey with us. We’ll discuss your expectations, your background, and I’ll introduce you to WeWard.

Then, you’ll prepare a practical case at home, followed by a presentation to which other team members will be invited. We conclude this process with a visit to our New York offices, and if all goes well… Welcome aboard! 🏡
