As an Account Executive, your primary goal will be to increase Welii’s revenue. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and contributing to the company’s growth. You will also focus on understanding the market and its needs, with an emphasis on knowing tour customers, as well as create opportunities and influence our product roadmap.
This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of the sales process, gain a versatile skill set, and grow with the company.
Work directly with our Sales Director, Product team, and the Customer Success team in order to deliver the perfect experience to our customers and users.
Identify prospects and market trends and make sure customers’ needs are integrated into our roadmap, what you understand will be crucial for the product.
Have a significative impact on the sales machine, from lead to the close. Identify your prospects, reach them, qualify them, close them, and make sure they will renew.
Understand customer needs and buying cycle to gather key prospect information and generate interest.
Evangelize best SaaS Procurement & Management practices to promote the company products.
You are constantly operating outside of your comfort zones and facing rejection is just part of your day-to-day habits

You have previous experience of 3+ years as Sales Exec in sales SaaS B2B, fintech is a plus
You have previous experience with Mid-Market and Entreprise clients.
You are passionate about technology, comfortable with product demos or advising on tool choices
Strong communication skills: active listening, empathy, problem-solving attitude
Time management and organization ills: organized and self-sufficient
