Descriptif du poste

As Account Executive, you are responsible for driving revenues. You will be generating leads, closing deals, and doing whatever it takes to help the company grow. You will also focus on understanding the market and market needs, but with an emphasis on understanding the buyer of the company’s products and services so as to generate opportunities while driving our product roadmap. This is an amazing opportunity to take the lead on the sales part, get an overall polyvalent function and keep going as the company grows.

What you will do

  • Work directly with the founders, Sales Director, Product Director, and the Customer Success teams in order to deliver a delightful experience to our customers and users.

  • Identify prospects and market trends and make sure buyer’s needs are integrated into our roadmap, what you understand will be crucial for the product

  • Have a significative impact on the sales machine, from lead to the close. You identify your prospects, you reach them, you qualify them, you close them, and make sure they will renew.

  • Understand customer needs and buying cycle to gather key prospect information and generate interest

  • You will evangelize best SaaS Procurement & Management practices to promote the company products


Profil recherché

  • You are constantly operating outside of your comfort zones and facing rejection is just part of your day-to-day habits

  • Willingness to learn at all times and entrepreneurial spirit - our team is hard-working, self-motivated, and ambitious

  • You have previous experience of 3+ years as Sales Exec in sales SaaS B2B, fintech is a plus

  • You are passionate about technology, comfortable with product demos or advising on tool choices

  • Strong communication skills: active listening, empathy, problem-solving attitude

  • Time management and organization ills: organized and self-sufficient
