The position

Job description

To support our strong growth, we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Customer Success department based in Paris with 2 remote days per week.

Reporting to the Head of Professional Services, you will manage “key accounts” customers in France and internationally in the deployment and integration of all WALLIX solutions. As part of the Customer Success department, you will assist the Professional Services team with their support projects.

You will also be responsible for introducing best practice by proposing templates and new processes and participating in the continuous improvement of the service.

You will be the main technical contact for key accounts and acts as a liaison between key account customers and the various WALLIX departments (Technical Assistance Centre, Sales, Product, Marketing, R&D, etc.).

Job description:

Pre-sales:

  • Responding to simple request for proposals (purchase/resale, price catalogue projects),

  • Participating in the review and evaluation of project workloads for simple to complex calls for tender managed by the pre-sales team.

Project management, coordination, and monitoring:

  • Managing multi-client projects and programs,

  • Coordinating WALLIX teams across entities,

  • Coordinating technical teams of clients and their subcontractors,

  • Planning activities for the responsible project teams,

  • Ensuring compliance with pre-sales P&L,

  • Meeting milestones and deliverables,

  • Ensuring the quality of deliverables,

  • Managing changes leading to any amendments (Upsell),

  • Tracking projects from the receipt of order to the receipt of payment,

  • Monitoring risks (identifying, estimating the impact/probability and associated cost), defining and monitoring the actions required for mitigation and/or transfer,

  • Providing weekly and monthly governance of projects updates to the project manager and/or Customer program manager.

Customer relationship management :

  • Managing dashboards, contracts, orders, suppliers, and subcontractors,

  • overseeing projects and steering committees as part of the committee management,

  • Drafting sale proposals.


Preferred experience

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management and completion of 5 years of higher education (engineering degree or equivalent),

  • Strong project management skills and a keen interest in overseeing cybersecurity projects, ideally in PAM and IAM

  • Certification in PMI, Prince, AACE, IPMA or equivalent is a plus,

  • The ability to facilitate decision-making among stakeholders with diverse perspective and priorities is crucial,

  • The proficiency to communicating complex technical information effectively, both verbally and in writing,

  • Fluency in English and French are essential for collaborating with our international teams (German proficiency is a plus).
