The position

Job description

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager Nordics & Baltic , you’ll be in charge to develop our customer base in retail sector for Nordics & Baltics area. You’ll have for mission:

  • Actively prospect and follow up with a portfolio of key account prospects (Tier 1 & Tier 2-3) in the retail sector in order to develop revenue within the dedicated scope
  • Acquire a deep understanding of the needs and requirements of existing key customers and facilitate the implementation of our value-added solution.
  • Develop and increase sales of new products and services.
  • To continuously support the development of Partner sales as well as direct sales
  • Organize responses to tenders and write sales proposals, in close collaboration with internal departments (product managers, after-sales services, installations, deployment, etc.) and/or Partners,
  • Participate in customer events or trade shows
  • Prepare regular sales progress reports and forecasts working with our CRM system
  • Assist marketing in the development of business cases or communications / customer stories

Languages : Scandinavian and English fluent  

This position is based in Sweden – Team located in Stockholm area.

Frequent travel is required in the Nordic region.

Location of work is a mix between home office, at the customer, Team office in the region


Preferred experience

  • Successful experience in a similar position (Key Account Manager or Area Manager) and highly performance oriented
  • Minimum 4-5 years with a proven track record in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals
  • The candidate must be familiar ideally with retail sector and is driven by selling technical complex value adding solutions in B2B with long sales cycle.
