Job Description

The Head of Solution Engineering leads the team of Solution Engineers responsible for delivering technical expertise and strategic guidance throughout the sales cycle. This role is pivotal in aligning customer needs with the company’s product capabilities, ensuring that tailored, high-impact solutions are delivered to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

As a consequence, your main responsibilities will be to: 

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Solution Engineers
• Oversee technical discovery, solution design, and pilot execution on the dedicated area 
• Optimize pre-sales processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and conversion rates
• Monitor through relevant KPIs the activity 
• For biggest clients, build, lead and federate teams around pre-sales projects from beginning to end: definition of client's needs, RFP, implementation project lead, etc. 
•  Ensure that the team is continuously and properly trained on new solutions and processes

• 8+ years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead distributed technical teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent french and english. A third language would be a plus.
• Experience in retail tech, AI/ML, or IoT platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Jira, Figma, or similar.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
