We’re looking for a visual artist who loves creating stunning, high-performing assets for user acquisition, app stores, and social media.
This is not a marketing strategy role — we need someone who’s excited to craft visuals (images, animations, etc.) that make players want to click and play.
You’ll design and animate assets like banners, screenshots, app previews, or video ads — ideally using tools like After Effects, Photoshop, Unity or Spine
As a Marketing Artist , your role will be to craft engaging and performant ad creatives for our mobile games. You’ll combine your visual storytelling skills with a solid understanding of mobile marketing trends to produce assets that grab attention and convert.
🎥 Design static and video ads for UA campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube…)
🧠 Brainstorm with the UA and product teams to come up with bold, clever creative ideas
✂️ Work with gameplay capture tools and editing software to produce fast iterations
🔍 Analyze creative performance and adapt based on feedback and KPIs
✨ Ensure that all creative output aligns with our visual identity and inclusive values
🌱 Stay ahead of trends in mobile game advertising and social media design
A full-time remote position — no micromanagement, just trust and collaboration
A kind, creative, and committed team
Quarterly team meetups in Paris (and maybe one day… somewhere warmer 🌴)
Real respect for work-life balance (no crunch, no late nights — we mean it)
3+ years of experience in creative design for marketing, ideally in gaming or entertainment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience creating ad creatives for mobile performance campaigns
Ability to balance speed, creativity, and performance optimization
Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail
Excellent communication in English
Bonus: familiarity with gameplay recording tools and A/B testing for creatives
Portfolio required
Please include a portfolio of marketing visuals you’ve created for games or similar digital products (videos, banners, app store creatives…). Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
We’re still finalizing the full recruitment process. For now, expect:
A short intro call with our team
A discussion of your portfolio and creative process
A potential follow-up deep dive (no spec test — we value your past work)
