  • A kind, creative, and committed team

  • Quarterly team meetups in Paris (and maybe one day… somewhere warmer 🌴)

  • Real respect for work-life balance (no crunch, no late nights — we mean it)

Preferred experience

  • 🎮 Solid understanding of Free-to-Play mechanics and Live Ops best practices.

  • 📆 Experience designing engaging event cycles, challenges, and reward structures.

Recruitment process

Portfolio (optional, but encouraged)

If you have examples of past events, Live Ops designs, documentation, or systems you’ve worked on — we’d love to see them! A PDF, a link, or even a short breakdown in a doc is perfect.

Interview Process

Our recruitment process is still being finalized — but we aim to keep it simple, respectful, and human.
You can expect:

  1. A first video chat to get to know each other (30 minutes)

  2. A second interview focused on your experience and approach to Live Ops design (1 hour)

  3. Optional case study or portfolio review, depending on the role

Our goal: open and honest conversations to see if we’re a good match — for you and for us.
