As an HR Specialist, your role is to drive all aspects of global HR Operations in alignment with local GMs and under the leadership of the Legal & HR Ops Manager. You will be key to help Voodoo handle HR admin and immigration challenges faced globally, support our payroll team in day-to-day ops or implementing payroll in new countries, and support our People across the globe.

Handle HR Operations in sync with local partners to ensure compliance with legal requirementsOwn the excellent delivery of operational HR lifecycle in all countries where Voodoo is present from hiring to offboarding, including preparation of appropriate paperwork or implementation of processesSupport our payroll team to run payroll for France & offices abroadManage relationships with newly hired candidates, our People, and local managers to ensure smooth, efficient, and friendly dialogueParticipate in the strengthening of our HR Operations, understanding what matters to our People, and ensure our function is high-performingProfile
2+ years progressive experience in an HR Operations roleFull proficiency in French and EnglishExperience handling HR documentation in France and abroadExperience handling payroll in FranceProject management skillsTeam player with passion for People and love to see them thrive in the workplaceHave the ambition to improve employee experienceProblem-solving enthusiasm: you go beyond identifying issues or challenges and focus on how to address themGreat communication skills across languages and cultures with an ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels of the organizationSome legal background and a good sense of humor are definitely a plus
