Job description

 

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, your role will be to drive global hiring operations with a systemic approach. You will manage and structure the team composed of Talent Acquisition Managers and the Brand Employer Manager (20 people), all of whom will work to continuously improve our attractiveness and recruitment process. 

Acting as a thought partner and influencer, you will translate global recruiting strategies into actionable plans: 

  • Provide strategic leadership for the global Talent Acquisition team and the Brand Employer Manager
  • Identify opportunities for innovation across key transformation areas of assessment, branding, and performance
  • Define the vision for Talent Acquisition analytics, by linking the reporting strategy to our recruiting and business strategies
  • Build capability and promote delivery against the needs of stakeholder groups, with a focus on performance excellence
  • Continuously review our process, to drive improvements and optimization 
  • Build a strong and trusting partnership with stakeholders 
  • Profile

  • At least 5 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition or 3 years as a sales team leader
  • 5 years of experience in a top tier consulting firm (Mc Kinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) is a plus 
  • Previous experience building and managing high-performance team
  • Deep strategic and systemic thinking
  • Proven ability to leverage data to understand and solve problems 
  • Organizational and leadership abilities
  • Curious about the tech industry
  • Low ego, humble, no political behavior
  • Fluency in English
