Operations Leadership: Enable and guide dozens of talented game studios in delivering successful games played by millions. Lead the team towards operational excellence

Gaming Tech Mastery: Take centre stage in building and maintaining tools that facilitate the smooth game testing process for our partner studios

Strategic initiatives: Lead high impact projects to address challenges, elevate team and company workflows, ensuring we stay at the forefront of industry innovation


  • Project Management: Lead intra/cross team tech and non-tech projects to deliver high value results
  • Holistic Support: Provide daily technical and non-technical support, create knowledge base content, troubleshoot ongoing issues…
  • Technical expertise: Be the go-to tech reference during integrations and initiate studios to our full scale tech solutions and products (Unity SDKs, plugins, AB testing and publishing platforms…)
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Bring forward inventive solutions to existing issues, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Unity SDK Expertise: Develop and maintain in-house Unity SDKs, influencing the gaming experience for hundreds of studios
  • Documentation Leadership: Curate and organise tech documentation, knowledge base, and tech FAQs, ensuring a comprehensive resource for both the team and partner studios
  • Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate with key business teams such as Publishing Managers, UA, Monetisation, and third-party partners like Meta, Apple, Google, GameAnalytics…
  • Must Haves

  • Solid professional experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset, essential for navigating complex technical landscapes and fostering productive partnerships
  • Extensive Experience with Unity and C#
  • Strong personal leadership skills
  • As a critical and strategic thinker you have the ability to look at the big picture, identify problems in workflows and processes, drive them to a resolution and optimise processes to achieve organisational objectives
  • A blend of technical abilities and client-facing soft skills
  • Fluent English
  • Nice to Have

  • A previous experience in software/tech engineering or tech customer support within gaming or adtech
  • Experience in other programming languages (Objective C, Swift, Python, Java)
  • Experience in team leadership
  • Previous experience in and exposure to the game production process
  • Experience in web development
  • Fluent French
