Your mission

You’ll be the Swiss army knife between our clients, our product, and our internal teams. Your mission: make every client onboarding and project run smoothly while building the operational bricks that help Vocca scale faster and smarter.

This role is both client-facing (implementing, configuring, and managing projects for enterprise clients → needs to be French speaking 🇫🇷) and internally focused (streamlining processes, improving communication, and making deployments more efficient).

Your key responsibilities

1. Client implementation & project management

  • Lead onboarding for new clients and configure the solution to fit their needs.

  • Manage enterprise client projects: scope, plan, coordinate, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Solve client-specific challenges with creativity and problem-solving.

  • Ensure an outstanding client experience and drive long-term satisfaction.

2. Internal processes & continuous improvement

  • Identify bottlenecks in our internal workflows and simplify them.

  • Proactively design and implement new processes to speed up deployments.

  • Improve cross-team communication (product, tech, sales) so that information flows faster and cleaner.

  • Structure client feedback and channel it into the product roadmap.

Expected outcomes

1 month :

  • Fully up to speed on our internal tools, servers, and workflows.

  • A strong grasp of our product, its customization options, and how to configure it for different client needs.

  • Able to independently manage a client implementation from A to Z.

  • Identified key bottlenecks in current processes and proposed first improvement ideas.

3 months :

  • Successfully managed a portfolio of clients with smooth onboarding and deployments (15 - 30 centers implemented)

  • Designed and implemented internal processes that are owned, documented, and widely adopted.

  • Regularly channeled client feedback into actionable proposals, several of which have already been implemented with the tech team.

6-12 months :

  • Become the go-to person for enterprise client implementations, trusted by both clients and the internal team.

  • Built scalable operational frameworks that significantly reduced deployment time and improved cross-team communication.

  • Played a key role in shaping product evolution by systematically bridging client needs with product/tech priorities.

It’s a plus if you:

  • Have experience with billing systems, CRMs, and reporting automation.

  • Know your way around data science basics (for dashboards & metrics).

  • Have already worked in a startup or tech scale-up.
