You're joining the team as an Account Executive. You'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, in a rapidly evolving market.
What you'll be selling:
An AI conversational agent that handles patient calls, books appointments, triages emergencies, and relieves administrative staff.
A product already in production, used daily in dozens of healthcare facilities, in just a few months.
An offering that's simple, concrete, and ultra-impactful for professionals: time savings, reduced missed calls, better patient experience, and enhanced value for administrative roles.
1 month:
Get up to speed on our pitch, our product, and our market (types of centers, buying journey…)
Make your first prospecting calls, demos, and initial sales conversations
Close your first simple deals, independently
3 months:
Build a stable pipeline, with at least 30 active opportunities at different stages
Improve our call scripts and email sequences
Work closely with the Ops team to ensure smooth deployments
Identify weak signals from the field and feed into the product roadmap
6-12 months:
Manage complex sales cycles (groups, multi-site, multiple stakeholders)
Contribute to structuring our sales playbook
Participate in training new Sales hires (onboarding, coaching, sharing learnings)
Take charge of certain strategic accounts (long-term follow-up, expansion)
you have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience (SDR, BizDev, AE…)
you're capable of closing and managing short and medium sales cycles
you have experience with enterprise account closing
you're comfortable with cold outreach (call, email, LinkedIn…)
you're comfortable in a startup environment: fast-paced, demanding, iterative
you have a taste for fieldwork, education, and tangible impact
you have native-level French and good written and spoken English
you have experience in healthcare, AI, B2B SaaS, or the medical sector
you know how to use Attio, Notion, Slack, Apollo
you already have an active network in healthcare (associations, groups, practitioners…)
