80% of disabilities are invisible. This is why we have launched an awareness campaign to discuss the possible ways to improve the lives of VO2 zoup employees with disabilities. We collaborate with adapted companies such as Café Joyeux, Le Cercle, Triéthic, Les Papillons de Jour, and Les Chevaux Blancs. VO2 Group also welcomes student guide dogs to educate employees about volunteering and visual impairment.

Our involvement in Business for good
In 2017, we signed the United Nations Global Compact and achieved and maintained EcoVadis Silver level. We are among the top 25% of companies on the platform!
We also joined the Time For The Planet movement in 2021.
We are the first independent French Digital Service Company, created equally by Emilie and Florent Daversin. While tech and digital only account for 23% of women, at VO2 Group they represent almost 45% of our workforce. We are also Best Workplaces for Women since 2020 and very committed to Women In Tech.
Because these values are deeply rooted in our corporate culture, we have signed the Diversity Charter. Cosmopolitan and proud of being so, we have around twenty nationalities in our workforce.

We act on a daily basis to reduce our ecological impact:
- Long-term bike rental with Zenride and Angell
- Greening workspaces with Akagreen
- Digital cleanup week twice a year and recycling of IT equipment with Ecodair.
- Recycling of tertiary waste with Triethic and compost with Moulinot.
- Clothing collection twice a year with Redonner.
- Eco Welcome-Pack for new arrivals (t-shirt, backpack, water bottle, notebook, pen and tote bag), responsible gifts and organization of events in eco-responsible places (Summer Party 2021 at Hasard Ludique)

These volunteers have one year and the necessary resources to complete their project. Engaged and motivated, they improve our daily lives and give impetus to their peers.
