The position

Job description

🎯 Mission

Develop and accelerate sales of the Safety product by leading complex B2G sales cycles. Vizzia is ramping up the rollout of this offering. The Sales team is being built out to win strategic deals, create a scalable playbook, and expand internationally.

You will act as a trusted advisor to public-sector stakeholders by combining consultative selling, storytelling, and rigorous execution.

To do so, you will need to:

  • Strategic discovery & prospecting: Build and convert a B2G Safety pipeline through complex, strategic SaaS sales cycles.

  • Closing & complex sales: Reach €350K (Year 1), €700K (Year 2), €1.2M (Year 3) in ARR. Master 6 to 12-month sales cycles.

  • Structuring: Co-build the Safety sales playbook: messaging, sales methodology, and prospecting approach.

Expected outcomes:

At 6 months

  • Build a qualified, predictable pipeline aligned with a €350K ARR target.

  • Roll out account plans + GTM plans for priority verticals.

  • Demonstrate strong command of B2G cycles and deliver a reliable forecast.

At 12 months

  • Close ~€90K ARR per strategic deal (≈ 3× the current average deal ARR).

  • Secure strategic wins and expand Vizzia within major institutions.

  • Have co-built a scalable Safety playbook: procurement process, ROI narratives, verticalized storytelling.

Desired profile

Must-haves

  • Full-cycle experience on complex deals (€70K–€300K TCV)

  • Strong command of MEDDIC / MEDDPIC

  • Knowledge of public procurement (tenders, lotting, etc.)

  • Annual quota around €1M

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience selling Safety / video / VMS solutions

  • 8–10 years of SaaS experience

  • Strong English (sales & negotiation)

  • Performance-driven: comfortable with results pressure and motivated to exceed targets.

  • Resilience and eagerness to learn: able to sell and differentiate the product in a competitive environment. Willing to continuously improve, iterate on the pitch and methods, and raise the bar for the team and Vizzia.

  • Entrepreneurial experience or go-to-market experience is a plus.

  • Experience selling to local authorities is a plus.

  • Case study onsite (1h) with the Hiring Manager + 1 other manager

Compensation package

OTE (on-target earnings) between €90K and €140K depending on relevance and length of experience, with a 60%/40% split. Variable compensation is uncapped.
