The position

Job description

You will manage VivaTech’s SEO project, coordinate daily editorial production, and write/publish content throughout the year. This role is ideal for a junior professional with excellent organizational skills, writing ability, and a keen interest in tech and digital content.

Key Responsibilities :

SEO Project Management

  • Manage day-to-day collaboration with our SEO agency (keyword targeting, backlinking, technical updates).

  • Monitor KPIs with analytics tools.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on keyword rankings, traffic, and engagement.

  • Liaise with the Product team to ensure technical SEO improvements are being implemented.

Content Writing

  • Write and publish articles (2–3 per month) aligned with VivaTech’s themes and tone of voice.

  • Follow up on content briefs for freelance writers.

  • Source visuals, format articles for our CMS, and publish them to our website.

  • Provide proofreading and support for cross-team content.

Project Management & Support

  • Support global branding tasks (website texts, project naming, taglines).

  • Assist with monitoring analytics dashboards (Piano, Semrush, GSC).

  • Compile monthly KPI reports.

  • Support the Editorial coordinator in any other transversal projects.

  • Collaborate with the social media team on some specific projects.

Agency & Partner Coordination

  • Liaise with media agency for partner brand content (review drafts, check English, ensure brand alignment).

  • Support coordination for the Les Echos supplement (gather content, update tracking documents, review drafts).

Event Support (DDays)

  • Assist with interviews (startups, speakers, attendees).

  • Write short recap articles and publish them.

  • Support quote collection and content archiving for post-event use.

  • Assist with onsite logistics for editorial needs.


Preferred experience

  • 1–5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or project management (internships included).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Ideally a native English speaker.

  • Basic level French for internal communications (B2 level).

  • Familiarity with CMS and collaboration tools.

  • Knowledge of SEO basics and ability to work with analytics dashboards.

  • Team player, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
